Daniel Morden Workshop
In this lively and interactive workshop, Daniel Morden works with children to help them develop their own narrative skills. The focus of the workshop will be on creating a convincing and satisfying story. After a brief introduction and discussion, Daniel will tell a traditional tale. He will then discuss the structure of the story. The children will use that structure to write their own versions.
Daniel has worked with The Children’s Bookshow for many years. His performances and workshops are some of our most popular with children and teachers alike.

Katherine Rundell
Katherine Rundell spent her childhood in Africa and Europe. After completing a degree in English and a doctorate on John Donne, she is now a full-time writer and a Fellow of St Catherine’s College, Oxford, where she studies Renaissance literature. She is a multi-million-bestselling author whose novels for children have won many awards. In her spare time she likes tightrope walking and very occasionally she goes climbing across the rooftops of Oxford, late at night.
