How did it go?
We had a great time! Check back here for our write-up soon…
Alom Shaha Workshop
We're sure that children will enjoy the opportunity to work creatively with author Alom Shaha in their own classroom. In this hour-long workshop, Alom will explore storytelling with the children: why there needs to be conflict in a story - and a resolution; and why animals make such good characters!
Sarthak Sinha Workshop
Artist and illustrator Sarthak Sinha will come to your school to work creatively with a class of 30 children. After a short walk in the grounds to collect leaves and twigs and other interesting finds Sarthak will show the children how they can use these materials to make a work of art.

Praise for How to Find a Rainbow
Shaha’s narrative effortlessly weaves in the science of rainbows, accompanied by sumptuous pencil illustrations from Sinha. The perfect picturebook for a rainy day.
Sarthak Sinha
Sarthak Sinha was born in India and is an artist and educator. He loves making children’s books in his tiny studio - they include stories that he has written himself, such as The Boy on Fire and Farah Loves Mangos both published by Flying Eye Books, and How to Find a Rainbow, written by Alom Shaha and published by Scribe Publications. He also teaches kindergarten children. When he isn't scribbling drawings or stories, he loves to cycle, chase shooting stars, and cook for people.
Praise for The Boy on Fire
A luminous and heartwarming story that beautifully captures what it means to embrace your own special qualities
