Fabio Geda

Fabio Geda was born in Turin, Italy in 1972. He is a writer who formerly worked with children in difficulties. He writes for several Italian magazines and newspapers and teaches creative writing in the most famous school of storytelling, the Scuola Holden in Turin. Since the international success of his best selling novel In The Sea There Are Crocodiles, Fabio devotes much of his time to writing and attending literary festivals around the world. In The Sea There Are Crocodiles has been translated into more than 30 languages and won the UK Marsh Award fo Children's Literature in Translation in 2013.
