Did you know…

  • From the age of four, Benji wanted to be a duck. He’s still working on it.

  • Benji’s favourite colour is turquoise, the colour of the sea. He also likes red, yellow and orange. And blue. Sometimes purple. And green. All the greens. There are so many good ones.

  • When Benji was growing up his family had seven guinea pigs who lived in a stack of hutches, sitting on top of an old table, in their garden shed. The table had originally been the kitchen table from his dad’s childhood home, and that table now sits in his studio. Very occasionally, he sits at it to write or eat his lunch.
